ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) Seeking for premature release of the petitioner's husband, namely, Sekar (C.P.No.4011), the petitioner had given a representation on 02.02.2023 and since such a representation was not considered within a reasonable time, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents produced a copy of G.O.(Ms)No.505 Home (Prison-IV) Department dated 25.09.2023, wherein, the petitioner's husband was released prematurely under the Advisory Board scheme. As such the grievance of the petitioner has been met and hence, no further orders are required to passed in the present Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
