ORDER : The Court made the following order : Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner's son, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No. 407 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's son was falsely implicated in this case and he is in no way connected with the offence.
4.The learned Government Counsel (Crl.side) submits that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner, seeking Anticipatory Bail for her son has been dismissed on 15.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.3264 of 2021 5.It is seen that this Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the mother of the accused who has been arrayed as juvenile. If that be so, the question of Anticipatory Bail does not arise. 6.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
