ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent from dispossessing the petitioner from residing at Old No.28C, New No.2, K.K.Nagar, Opp.Taluk Office, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District, on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that a false complaint has been given by the third respondent that the petitioner has grabbed her property by committing criminal trespass and an attempt is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.3665 of 2020 to evict him based on the false complaint. He would further submit that the petitioner is living in the premises for the past 30 years and based on the false complaint, the third respondent is attempting to dispossess him.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the third respondent has given a complaint on 31.01.2020 stating that the petitioner has trespassed into the property and grabbed the property belonging to the third respondent without any proper documents. She would further submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been initiated in Ref.No.G3/1157/2020, dated 31.01.2020. She would further submit that due enquiry will be conducted and appropriate action will be taken.

5.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. It is made clear that if the petitioner is at liberty to produce the copy of the relevant documents to prove his possession. No costs.
