*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 02.08.2011 passed in Na.Ka.No.A2/1848/2011, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.C.K.M.Appaji, learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.3523 of 2022 3.On instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order dated 02.08.2011 passed by the second respondent has already been implemented and the Town Survey Register with regard to the implementation of the said order has also been placed before this Court.

4.Since the order dated 02.08.2011 has already been implemented, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, after recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader as well as after recording the Town Survey Register produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader before this Court, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
