*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent to expedite the proceedings and pass order in the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021 seeking for cancellation of sale deed which according to the petitioner has been fraudulently registered in Document No.2022/2015 dated 18.11.2015.

2.Heard Mr.N.Rajasekar, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2021 has already been considered and final orders have been passed on 08.02.2022 rejecting the petitioner's request. 4.Since the respondent has already passed final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

W.P.[MD]No.3491 of 2022 5.After recording the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.02.2022 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
