The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4 in in C.C.No.69 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said C.C.No.69 of 2013 .

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned

Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent represented that on 06.12.2017 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the petitioners were acquitted from all the charges by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur. He also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.

3. The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
