Respondents PRAYER : This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to handover the documents mentioned in Serial No.4 and 5 of the proceeding of the 3rd respondent dated 01.08.2017 to the petitioner and further directing the fifth respondent to process the pension proposal of the petitioner and to pay the monthly pension of the petitioner from 01.08.2017 and disburse the retirement benefits along with interest from 01.08.2017.

ORDER

The petitioner was working as a Headmistress in the fourth respondent school. She reached the age of superannuation on 31.07.2017. The grievances of the writ petitioner is that her pension proposals have not yet been forwarded in complete shape.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent / School management submitted that the management would forward the remaining papers also to the second respondent.

3. The second respondent is directed to sanction the petitioners pension proposals and also disburse all the consequential benefits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
