ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2017 within the stipulated time that may fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the Executive Member of the Nadaga Nadigar Sangam, Manapparai which is registered by the second respondent. He submitted a representation dated 04.09.2017 before the respondents 1 and 2 to enquire the irregularities of the Sangam. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the fact that the first respondent has already directed the second respondent to enquire into the matter, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 to 5.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
