JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 01.10.2019, passed in W.P(MD)No.18139 of 2014. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.18139 of 2014 remanding the matter back for reconsideration, the original authority has passed the final order.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. However, all the questions of law raised in this Writ Appeal are left open to the appellants. No costs.
