ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22185 of 2024, dated 17.12.2024.

2. Mr.S.Ashok, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition only for 24 days. He further submits that four previous cases pending against the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of offence alleged and also considering the period of compliance, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22185 of 2024, dated 17.12.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learend Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Thirunelveli District weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
