ORDER

When the matter was taken up for admission, I noticed that the petitioner's request was for initiating departmental action. I made it clear that such a relief cannot be granted. The petitioner's counsel took time and produced the copy of the representation. It was sent by RPID on 29.02.2024. The petitioner now only wants issuance of patta as per the sale deed bearing document No.1818 of 2015. The fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation for issuance of patta. Final order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Interested parties if any shall be put on notice.
