Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No.3 to 6 to prevent sale of housing plots without approval of 2nd Respondent by the Respondents No. 7 and 8 in respect of the property comprised in Nanja Land Old S.No.K.1.1.7, New S.No.K.1.1.7D having an extent of 12 Ares and 36 Sq.mts, Shenkottai village, Shenkottai taluk, Tenkasi District.

ORDER
The present writ petition had been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 6 to prevent the sale of housing plots without approval 2/5
of the second respondent.
2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, respondents 7 and 8 are attempting to alienate the housing plots without getting approval from the second respondent.
3.It is needless to point out that only after an approval is granted for the layout by the competent authority, any sale deed can be registered by the sixth respondent.
4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 08.01.2026 Internet : Yes/No Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No msa 3/5
