ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated on 31.01.2026.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the third respondent who is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner received the two original documents from the petitioner for measurements of boundary for her adjacent property. Later the 3rd respondent refused to return the original documents. Hence, the case.
3. On earlier occasion, this Court has directed the third respondent to return the two original documents to the petitioner which was received by her from the petitioner. Today it is reported that both the documents were returned to the petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of the petitioner.
