O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this writ petition, the process of domestic enquiry has been concluded and based on the enquiry report, a second show cause notice was issued to the petitioner, which was also acknowledged by her. The petitioner has to submit her further objection on the enquiry report and thereafter, within a period of one week, the respondents will pass final orders in the departmental disciplinary proceedings initiated against her.

2. In view of the above subsequent development occurred during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to conclude the departmental disciplinary proceedings in all respects and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
