JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Writ Appeal is filed against the order of this Court, dated 23.09.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.13760 of 2023.
2.The writ petitioner is the appellant herein. There is a title dispute over the property in question between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. In this regard, a complaint was preferred before the District Registrar. The said complaint was rejected directing the parties to approach the civil Court. The writ petition filed challenging the rejection order of the District Registrar was also dismissed by directing the parties to approach the civil Court. 3.The learned Single Judge has directed the writ petitioner/appellant to approach the civil Court as there is a title dispute over the subject property. It was also observed by the learned Single Judge that the observations made by the District Registrar will not bind the civil Court in deciding the rights of the parties. The writ petitioner without approaching the civil Court has filed the present writ appeal against the order passed in the writ petition. 3/5
4.In view of the above observations, we find no reasons to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (J.N.B.,J.) (S.S.Y.,J.) 07.03.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No ta 1.The Inspector General of Registration, O/o.
