ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and he was arrested by the respondent police on 13.10.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 and 379 of IPC., in Crime No.879 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is working in Indian Army. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is almost over and they are awaiting for viscera report.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than 60 days and charge-sheet has not been filed, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
