PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 13.02.2022 pending before the 2nd respondent and to entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police to investigate the complaint based on petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2022 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 13.02.2022 pending before the 2nd respondent and to entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police to investigate the complaint based on petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered FIR in Crime No. 166 of 2022 for the offences https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3773 of 2022 under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii)of IPC as against the accused persons, therefore the transfer of complaint does not arise.
