This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.942 of 2016 on file of the second respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that case in Crime No.942 of 2016 was closed as undetected.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if the accused is detected, the respondent police shall reopen the case.
