ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent/contemnor for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6683 of 2019 dated 13.06.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's request has been considered and closed and RCS notice has also been served. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
