ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(B), 324 and 307 IPC in Crime No.74 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the third petitioner has a bad antecedent. He was implicated in a criminal case but it ended in acquittal and the acquittal also was confirmed.

3.Coming to the facts of this case, it is seen that on account of dispute between the neighbours, there was a case and counter case. The complaint lodged by the first petitioner herein against the defacto complainant was registered in Crime No.72 of 2018.

4.Taking note of all these aspects, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5.The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
