Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to debit any amount of the petitioner's monthly pension amount credited in the petitioner's savings account (Account No.125001000008241) being operated by the petitioner with the second respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to refund the amount debited to the petitioner's account (Account No.125001000008241) within a stipulated time, in accordance with law.
