Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.K.Anbarasan,Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9024 of 2016, daetd 10.6.2016, by this court, with regard to appearance before the Police Station.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioners have been directed to stay at Trichy and report before Trichy Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.00a.m.until further orders. The petitioners are fishermen and now they are residing at Enayam, Kanyakumari District and therefore they may be permitted to report before Nithravilai Police Station by modifying the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are not complying with the condition for a single day.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are not complying with the condition for a single day, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
