Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the petition dated 06.01.2018 of the petitioner herein with regard to third respondent bus & permit TN 55 V 7899 on the route Pudukkottai to Sivagangai, Via Thirumayam Keelasevalpatti, Thirupatthur, Pattamangalam, Chockkanathapuram, Paganeri, Nattarsankottai.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent is intending to alienate the bus and permit to third parties and that he should be heard before any approval of transfer is accorded by the authorities. This Court therefore ordered notice.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that as of now, the third respondent has no intention to alienate the said bus and permit. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent further submits that he has not so far submitted any application for replacement of the vehicle or for alienation.
4.Therefore, as on date, the writ petition is premature. As and when any such application is made, it is open to the parties herein to agitate their respective rights in accordance with law. It is made clear that the rights of the parties are left open. Nothing has been adjudicated in the writ petitions. These writ petitions are closed.
No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
