Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed in the Criminal Original Petition.

2. This Court by order dated 01.08.2017 while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

3. It is seen that the present petition for extension of time is filed on 22.08.2017. Hence, the petition is filed out of time.

4. In view of the same, it is made clear that from the date of filing this petition, technically, the order passed in the Criminal Original petition was not in force. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail petition.
