ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the Accused No.1 and he was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 15.12.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 427, 341, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC., r/w.Sections 3 (1)(x) of SC/ST Act r/w. Section 4 of Women Harassment Act @ 341, 294(b), 323, 354(A)(1)(i), 354(b), 448, 427, 506(i) of IPC., r/w.3(1)(x)(xi) of SC/ST Act r/w.Section 4 of Women harassment Act, in Crime No.1144 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence, as alleged by the prosecution and hence, prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is going on.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.1144 of 2015 and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
