ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.212 of 2020 within a period stipulated by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2020. For the past four years, there is no progress in the suit. The petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 64 years. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4
3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, to dispose of the suit, by following the High Court's Circular in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics dated 11.08.2010.
4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
