O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry in the C.S.R.No.166 of 2021 dated 23.10.2021 within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in CSR No.166 of 2021 is completed, on the file of the second respondent. 3.In response, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that enquiry in CSR No.166 of 2021 is not yet disposed. 4.In view of the above, if the CSR is not yet disposed, the second respondent is directed to conduct detailed enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
