(MD) No. 8588 of 2016 dated 08.06.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondent and the petitioner not appeared in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8588 of 2016, dated 08.06.2016, by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition for a single day. 3.There is no representation for the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is not complying with the condition for a single day, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
