ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.0138/2017/H/dated 09.02.2018 and consequently direct the first and second respondents to re-open the TASMAC Shop No.5131, situated at D.No.60/54, Bharathiyar Street, K.Pudur, Madurai. 2.Since the impugned order is passed, based on the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the petitioner cannot find fault with the order. Hence, the relief sought in the petition cannot be granted.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if at all the petitioner has got any grievance against the order passed by the Division Bench, it is always open to him to take appropriate steps in the manner known to law. No costs.
