O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the peaceful conduct of the petitioner's business at Olive Ayurvedic Center, Kambam Main road, Ottkadai Palanichetty Patti, Veerapandi Village, Theni District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner vacated the premises and handed over the same to the land owner and settled in Coimbatore. He further submits that the District Police Officer has power to inspect any business premises in terms of the Tamil Nadu District Police Act, 1859.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
