Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.Pa.& Ni 1 (2)/16478/2017 dated 21.08.2017 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Director of Local fund Audit for the year 2016-2017 by including the petitioner in the panel of Inspectors of Local Fund within the time stipulated by this Court.
