Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is the owner of the petition mentioned land. TASMAC is running its outlet in the petition mentioned land. The petitioner now requests for her own occupation and use. In this regard, the proposal had already been submitted by the third respondent before the first respondent.

3. The first respondent shall pass appropriate order on the said proposal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
