CRIME NO. 917 OF 2015 ...RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner totally by this Honourable Court by its order dated 01.04.2016 in Crl.OP(MD) No.5602 of 2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.SREENIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 24.02.2016 and the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.8 of 2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul regularly in all future hearing dates, without fail.
