ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to give patta to the petitioner with regard to assignment land in Survey No.597 to an extent of 6 acres and 75 cents at Agaram Village based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2017.

2.The petitioner claims to be the son of a freedom fighter, filed an application dated 11.12.2017 before the District Collector/first respondent herein, seeking assignment of land in Survey No.597 to an extent of 6 acres and 75 cents at Agaram Village. So far, no order has been filed. Hence, he filed this writ petition.

3.Considering above the facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.12.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
