The petitioner, who claims that he is entitled for Tamil Nadu New Pension Scheme, has submitted a representation and filed this writ petitioner seeking writ of mandamus. 2/5
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fifth respondent, by referring to the memorandum issued by the Panjayat Union, Thiruvidaimaruthr dated 27.02.2026, submits that the request of the petitioner has been considered and it was rejected. He further submits that the petitioner has already been intimated by the earlier proceedings dated 03.08.2023. Even then, the petitioner is repeatedly submitting the representation. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to communicate the above said memorandum to the petitioner.
