ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2017 and measure the land in S.No.1B/3A to an extent of 1835 cents at Vallalar Nagar, Pappagudi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai.

2.According to the petitioner, his father one Mohamed Kous has purchased a land in Survey No.20/1B3 (Re.S.No.1B/3A) situated at Vallalar Nagar, Pappagudi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai by means of a registered sale deed dated 14.12.1989. possession and enjoyment of the property and he is also paying tax for the said property. Now, he filed an application before the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the property and fix boundary lines and he has also paid necessary fee for the same on 18.09.2017. But, so far no order has been passed. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2017 and conduct survey within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants if any.

4.With the above direction this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
