(MD) No. 7827 of 2016 dated 03.06.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.MALAIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 04.06.2016.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working in Indian Army and presently posted duty in Jammu and Kashmir. Hence, he has to leave to Jammu and Kashmir to join his duty and prays for relaxation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
