PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner complaint dated 21.10.2021 in the light of the circular issued by the first respondent in Circular No.20217/U1/2021 dated 09.07.2021 by considering the representation dated 07.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint before the third respondent for endorsing the petition mentioned registration as fraudulent.

3. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation dated 07.01.2022 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
