ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.187 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same by allowing this criminal original petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police after completing investigation, has filed final report and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.32 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
