CRIME NO.144 OF 2015 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl O.P.(MD) No.23239 of 2016 dated 12.12.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- A report received from the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, dated 18.01.2017 and on perusal of the same would reveal that the petitioners are complying the condition from 16.12.2016 to 18.01.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that investigation was over and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court or the respondent police, on receipt of summons.
