O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2026, seeking eviction of TASMAC Retail Liquor Shop No.10891 from the Petitioner's building situated at Sivagiri Taluk, Rayagiri Village, Survey No.712/8B, Door No.1/12 ST4, Tenkasi District, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 30.01.2026 seeking to evict TASMAC Retail Liquor Shop No.10891 from his building. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2026 will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
