O R D E R

This petition is filed to change the investigation in Crime No.395of 2013 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent officer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.395 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent registered for the offence under Sections 357 and 380 of I.P.C. has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 13.02.2015 as undetectable.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
