ORDER
The petitioner seeks reimbursement of the amount spent by him in connection with an official inspection conducted by his superior. The entire cause of action arose at Cuddalore where the petitioner herein was earlier posted.

determine the jurisdiction of this Court. Though this Court is of the view that the petitioner will have to be reimbursed the amount which he had spent for an official purpose, this Court is unable to grant any relief only for the reason that it lacks territorial jurisdiction. This writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable only on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. The petitioner of course is at liberty to move the Principal Bench of this Court. 3.With this observation and liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
