For Respondent : Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.43/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 354A, 355 and 506(2) IPC, Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2002, in Crime No.43 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has continuously contacted the de-facto complainant's daughter through cell phone and send obscene video and he called her for sexual intercourse. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation is at initial stage.
