This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to upload the Tax, in the light of orders in T.A.Nos.22, 30, 31, 32 and 33 of 2019 on the file of Taxation Appellate Tribunal and also as per the notice vide Na.Ka.No.A3/978/2023 dated 10.12.2023 on the file of 2nd respondent, for the Door Nos.254/3, 254/4, 254/5, 254/6, 254/7, in the Tax Paying counter system/Portal of the respondent office, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2025.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 16.12.2025 seeking to modify/fix the property tax in respect of the petitioner's building in the light of the orders passed in the Taxation Appellate 2/4
Tribunal as well as the notice dated 10.12.2023 issued by 2nd respondent. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2025 will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
