This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.122 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the FIR was closed as 'mistake of fact' and that RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant. A report was submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.
3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
