O R D E R

Today, it is reported that the septic tanks have been shifted to the front side of each house. However, the petitioner has again complained that the water would be let into the soak pit would pollute the petitioner's well and other neighbouring lands.

2. This Court is not inclined to entertain such a plea in the contempt petition, since the order has been complied with by the respondent. However, if the petitioner has any further grievance regarding the letting out of water, he is at liberty to adjudicate by initiating appropriate proceedings. The Advocate Commissioner has submitted a report stating that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and that there is no encroachment. The said statement is recorded. The Advocate Commissioner has already received the fees fixed by this Court. However, an additional fee of Rs.5,000/- is directed to be paid to the Advocate Commissioner by the petitioner.
