ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.02.2025 and take necessary appropriation action.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already the representation of the petitioner has been considered and FIR registered in Crime No.63 of 2025 under Section 192, 196(1)(a), 196(1)(b), 352, 353(1)(a) and 353(1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.
3. Since the representation of the petitioner was considered by the respondents and FIR has been registered, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by FIR, he can take appropriate steps in the manner known to law. 2/4
4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
