ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the 1/4

records and quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.230 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted his relief only with regard to dispose of the above said C.C.No.230 of 2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi to dispose the C.C.No.230 of 2022 pending on its file within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
