ORDER

When the matter was taken for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader pointed out that even as per the A-Register extract enclosed in the typed set of papers, Survey No.333/8A has been classified as "uaj;J g[Q;ir" standing in the name of Commissioner of Panchayat Union, Musiri. There is nothing on record to show that it is a water body. 2.We are not therefore inclined to entertain the writ petition. Liberty is given to the writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in the same cause of action.
